Abstract
Because of the cut-throat competition in global economic, Chinese enterprises must completely change their old management ideas and models. Many management theories and methods like dynamic core competencies, collaborative supply chain management (CSCM) and organizational innovation have emerged because of this competition. These just focus on a certain stage of the management process or a particular aspect. These methods should be closely integrated to build what is known as an enterprise management innovation integration model, through which companies can really create enterprise dynamic core competencies (EDCC), and thus maintain long-term competitive advantage. The paper based their analysis on the connotative supply chain management, dynamic core competence and related content. Relationship between supply chain collaboration (SCC) and dynamic core capabilities is put forward, thus some effective ways are proposed to build dynamic core capabilities based on the theory of collaborative supply chain management.
