Research on Emergency Coordination Strategy of Supply Chain in Case of Multiple Suppliers and Single Manufacturer
Publication: ICLEM 2010: Logistics For Sustained Economic Development: Infrastructure, Information, Integration
Abstract
Currently there is a lot of research in progress, related to the supply chain coordination problems during emergencies on the upstream enterprises. But in practice, it often happens that, the supply chain is broken off by the emergencies occurring on the downstream enterprises. This paper takes the multiple suppliers and single manufacturer, and the emergency happening on the downstream enterprises into consideration for emergency coordinative strategy problems. Through the comparative cost analysis of centralized decision-making and transfer payment decision-making, the total coordinative transfer payment cost of supply chain has been calculated. Based on cooperative game theory, cost allocation program of transfer payments is concluded by using Shapley value method.
