Evaluation of Logistics Client Satisfaction Degree Based on Rough Set Theory

Abstract
The paper firstly introduces the basic concept of Rough Set. The article attempts at applying RS theory to evaluate the problem of client satisfaction degree. In addition, the basic objective of the paper is to figure out some suitable decision rules which adapt to the questions of client satisfaction degree. It makes the index of client satisfaction degree as the condition attributes of decision system. Also, it reduces the values of attributes on the basis of it. Finally, we derive the decision table. We distill decision rules in order to satisfy decision-maker reference.
