Research on Logistics Financing Efficiency for Small and Medium Enterprises Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Logistics financing is a new way to solve the financial problem of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The evaluation of logistics financing efficiency can help SMEs to make advisable decisions when they face financing problems. Firstly, this paper selects five evaluation factors of financing efficiency and four models of logistics financing for SMEs. Secondly, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the paper evaluates the financing efficiency of four kinds of SMEs' logistics financing models. Finally, this paper concludes that warehouse receipt financing model has the highest efficiency among the four kinds of financing models i.e. confirmed warehouse financing model is in the second order; unified credit financing model is in the third order and direct advance payment financing model is in the fourth order. Logistics financing has unque advantages of solving problem of financing for SMEs. It can reduce financing costs and expand financing channels. With the development of Logistics Financing, there are many logistics financing model. Which model should be used for SMEs financing depends on the financing efficiency and financing cost. Based on the analysis of operation model of logistics financing and evaluation factors of financing efficiency, the paper evaluates financing efficiency of four kinds of logistics financing models, by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
