Application of DEA/AHP in the Natural Disaster Emergency Logistics System

Abstract
In recent years, increasing number of domestic and international disasters has caused great losses of lives and material. Natural disaster emergency logistics system, because of its own particularity, when compared with the general logistics system, has the following features such as being faster and being more demanding etc. In this paper, an index system of emergency logistics system based on the endemic factors is evaluated, analyzed and used for ranking several emergency logistics systems by means of DEA/AHP model a corresponding improvement is presented.
