Abstract
For the security of rescue materials in emergency management, the theory of material agile mobilization is applied, which solves the problem of rapid recharge of materials. This paper analyzes the way and model of the incentive mechanism for safekeeping and makes a comprehensive evaluation of various incentive mechanisms using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to compare the characteristics and adaptabilities of various models, provides a feasible way for emergent materials agile security. At last, taking the materials agile security of "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake as an example, study the overall situation of the existing material safeguard and relevant incentives.
