Research and Application on Development Mechanism of Convergence on Logistics and Finance

The research goal of this article is to construct logistics and finance coordination development system with correlation theories, based on the analysis of coordination maturity and logistics and finance coordination development system value chain model. To propose effective operational mechanism of logistics and the financial industry coordination development for our country is the objective of the paper. This article constructed a maturity model of convergence system on logistics and finance and a demonstration analysis that concludes that a convergence development on logistics and finance in the initial stage works to the growing-stage. In order to promote the convergence development, this paper constructs the mechanism lists of convergence development on logistics and finance and establishes the convergence development integrated intensive mechanism from the perspective of risk control, information harmony and coupling development.
