Abstract
An important issue to calculate is the scale when a Logistics Park is programmed. The designers need to consider not only the current condition, but also the future condition. This paper focuses on finding how freight volume, GDP, technology level and cost of land affects Logistics Park scale from beginning to end like setting different initial values to finding the possible styles of demand to Logistics Park scale in the future. The results offer a suggestion for the scale determination of Logistics Park.
