Research on Application of Mathematical Methods to Layout and Planning of Distribution Park

The construction of Distribution Park started relatively late in China, and had many outstanding problems of obvious unreasonable planning and development. As there are many factors influencing the planning of Distribution Park, the scholars did not put forward effective methods to design the construction of Distribution Park., especially from the mathematical aspect. Therefore, based on the previous literature and research, this paper proposed a complete and convictive planning system for Distribution Park with mathematical method. This paper initially introduced the function orientation of Distribution Parks, and then put forward mathematical methods to design the specific scale of the Park, the land occupation of each function zone and the planned investment for the construction, and finally took the case of Distribution Park in Dalian Hua Yuankou Economic Zone as an example, so as to make the system feasible in reality and give suggestions for the future construction layout and planning of Distribution Parks.
