Application of AHP/DEA on the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Third Party Logistics Enterprise's Performance

Abstract
Based on deep study on third party logistics enterprise's finance, transportation and storage, this paper presents a scientific evaluation index system. A uniform and non-uniform comprehensive AHP/DEA model is developed to evaluate third party logistics enterprise's performance. The objectivity and rationality of the model is verified with a case study. The comprehensive model offers a quantitative support for both transportation department of local government and 3PL companies themselves to understand their own situation and thus to improve the management.
