Abstract
Due to the high variety and personalization, the optimization green logistics information of machine tool customization was studied from green suppliers. Green supply chain mainly contains green design; green materials selection; green manufacturing; green packaging; green sale; green consumption; green recycling. A set of comprehensive evaluation index system was established, which was applicable to choose machine tool accessories suppliers. The evaluation system and the specific index were also described in detail. Five factors were considered such as quality; cost; delivery and service; resources consumption; environment impact. On that base, the suppliers were selected automatically by fuzzy algorithm, and an example of selecting an engraving machine supplier is given to verify the F-AHP (Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process) model.
