Knowledge Discovery Model of Logistics Based on Data Mining Technology of ANN
Publication: ICLEM 2010: Logistics For Sustained Economic Development: Infrastructure, Information, Integration
Abstract
Knowledge discovery can identify valid, novel, potentially useful and ultimately understandable knowledge among large amounts of information. Data mining is an important part of logistics knowledge discovery. It can convert tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge in the field of logistics, and form professional knowledge databases and knowledge warehouse, thus provide knowledge discovery services for the logistics industry in a better way. In the present paper, the application of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) technology in data mining was discussed. Based on data mining technology of BP neural network, the model of knowledge discovery in the field of logistics was established. The port logistics of China's Jiangxi Province was analyzed as an example. Through the prediction of total port logistics, the instance of knowledge and related knowledge of logistics is acquired. The application of artificial neural in knowledge discovery of logistics will be conducive for the spreading of logistics knowledge, the sharing of logistics knowledge and the advancing of knowledge service efficiency.
