Abstract
This paper focuses on vehicle scheduling problem (VSP) of emergency logistics which focuses on large demands with constraints of "increasing marginal vehicle recruitment cost (VRC)", "decreasing marginal shortage cost" being taken into consideration. It also proposes a mix objective based on the model of the shortest paths objective and the minimum relief time objective which are the heated researches in recent years. In the end, the result of the example testifies the feasibility of this model further.
