Abstract
In any property rights relationship-based manufacturing enterprise, procurement means to spend a lot of money and the raw material costs account for a large proportion of product costs. In order to reduce the high cost of procurement, this paper presents a centralized-distributed mode of materials management. The mode's concept, core idea, centralized-distributed degree model, target and implementation steps are described in this paper.
