Abstract
To improve transport efficiency and protect the environment by means of energy savings and emissions reduction, this paper is based on traffic engineering and operations research as theoretical guidance. It reviews the strong demand of logistics information, the current lack of uniform standards of logistics infrastructure for network construction, and the asymmetry between logistics information and logistics resources and other characteristics. Taking Huailai as an example from the perspective of growth pole theory, we analyze the status of the logistics and logistics information systems, propose the functional elements of the logistics information platform, and analyze the requirements and construction of the Huailai regional logistics information platform for the local economic growth pole by utilizing the characteristics of the extreme polarization effects and diffusion effects, providing a scientific basis for local economic development.
