Abstract
The rapid development of the construction industry in China consumes much construction material and simultaneously increases the amount of construction solid waste moves upward. This causes serious environmental pollution and affects the sustainability of development. To address these problems, it is urgent to establish a circular construction products logistics system (CCPLS). The CCPLS is a kind of resource-saving and environment-friendly logistics system which can maximize the resource circulation during the construction phrase by means of integrating the construction material and construction solid waste logistics. Research has discussed the scope, characteristics and the operational model of the CCPLS, but one of the key unsolved tasks is how to calculate the economic, environmental and social benefits of CCPLS. This paper sets up property flow, material flow and cash flow models for the CCPLS based on the MFA method. These models can be used to analyze the change in economic and environmental benefits before and after the establishment of CPCLS.
