Abstract
In considering of site conditions and source parameters, the accelerograms on bedrock at some specified sites are simulated first by stochastic finite fault method, and then the ground motion coherences among these accelerograms are studied further both in horizontal and vertical directions. It is proved by comparing and analyzing the results that the coherency model on bedrock is of rationality and the accelerograms simulated by stochastic finite fault method can be used as the multi-point inputs for aseismic analysis of high-rise structures, long-span bridge and other key engineering structures.
