Abstract
In view of the actual disability and inaccuracy of evaluating railway vehicle bogie stiffness parameters, a more reasonable design scheme about novel bogie dynamic testing system is discussed. The system can satisfy dynamic testing and static testing of stiffness parameters about the whole vehicle bogie and the unattached bogie. Some testing models are given based on the technical features of the system. Testing models such as the H-type bogie of the CRH3 high-speed multiple unit, were investigated. In addition, an optimized neural network PID controller was researched. Results show that the manufacture of a novel bogie dynamic testing system can measure bogie stiffness parameters accurately. The foundation for the application and popularization of a novel bogie parameter testing system has been established.
