Performance Evaluation of Waterproof Bond Layer Materials Based on Grey Target Theory

Abstract
To compare the performance of Waterproof bond layer materials on concrete bridge deck, combined with Taipu bridge, laboratory tests were carried out to common materials such as hot spray SBS modified asphalt, SBS modified emulsified asphalt, asphalt rubber SAMI and a typical professional waterproof coating. The comprehensive performances of above materials were analyzed based on grey target theory. The results showed that the optimal cost-effective one is asphalt rubber SAMT, followed by hot spray SBS modified asphalt, SBS modified emulsified asphalt. The typical professional waterproof coating are relatively poor.
