Abstract
At present, the development of the logistics industry is very rapid. Logistics centers play a very important role in a logistics system, and so their location is very important for the effective operation of a logistics system. Introducing the relevant research, this paper presents a logistics center location bi-level programming model based on competition. The bi-level programming model takes into consideration two decision-makers, the distribution center (DC) location planner and the consumer, and also addresses the problem of consumer selection after the distribution center is built. This model has great significance for weighing the total costs of the decision-makers and customers and for studying the optimal location of logistic centers over a long period based on the upper- and lower-level decision-makers in logistic centers. The paper solves the bi-level programming model with a genetic algorithm and proves the model to be more practical.
