Abstract
It is important to determine the scope of the traffic impact on the traffic impact analysis scientifically and rationally. This paper studies the method of determining threshold value of traffic impact range. It is reasonable that the. decreasing of service level of signal intersection surrounding projects by one grade is regarded as the threshold value. The method of application is introduced by taking the example of Harbin International Exhibition and Sports Center developmental project. The result shows the method of determining the threshold value of traffic impact range is rational, simple and effective.
