Abstract
The traffic behaviors are the result of the traffic participant's decision-making, who is a total rational subject. There are many kinds of conflicts of interest among the traffic participants, which is as the same as what the game theory researches. On the basis, this paper analyzes the process of the traffic participants' decision-making.
