Analysis on the Process of Cooperative Dispatching Daily Planning

Abstract
Designing the cooperative information system for supporting different dispatching business posts is an important issue in the field of railway dispatching in China. The paper clearly analyses the as-is cooperative planning process in railway bureau from the function perspective. Then, the to-be process of cooperative dispatching daily planning is given. Based on the to-be process, the behavior characteristic of the cooperative dispatching daily planning can be further analyzed.
