Design of Tonnage Variable High and Steering Hoisting Girder Machine

Abstract
In order to fit the railway passenger traffic line construction, satisfied the demand for large — tonnage hoisting-moving beam equipment on prefabricated and storage field, comprehensive analysis merits and faults about existing equipment, according to the practical situation of prefabricated and storage field, development the 450 t hoisting girder machine that lifting attitude is variable and running direction is steering. The major structure is portal framed structure, nominal hoisting capacity is 450 t, realize wheel track hoisting girder commutation work in the indifferent work area by no-load steering 90°. Uses traditional the wheel track technology, has the mature technical theory and the construction experience safeguard, works is reliably and the operation is simple, the flexible working performance, simple operation and lower investment, showing the design is successful. This machine successful design and production provided the essential technical reservation for bridge erection of our country railway transportation traffic line, and have the important reference value to large-tonnage home carrying and erecting device.
