Modeling the Collaborative Response Efficiency of Agile Supply Chain in Uncertain Environment

Abstract
Collaborative response efficiency reflects the effect of synergetic reaction of the supply chain system, the management and the organizational culture. In this paper, the concept of response efficiency, response interval based on synergetic response are defined. Then, collaborative response efficiency is defined as the capability couple of response efficiency and response interval. The measurements are given in accordance with the characteristics of uncertainties. Latter on, the measurements of the collaborative response efficiency are given. At last, four rules are founded for collaborative response efficiency comparison.
