Access Management Classification

Abstract
Access management can remarkably reduce the frequency of traffic accidents, improve the safety. An appropriate access management classification is necessary to give guidance as to the relationship of access between land and road. This paper analyzes the access management classification system and method in America, and then proposes a classification method in China.
