Model of Parking Choice Behavior in City

Abstract
With the developing city, the parking trouble is becoming an outstanding social and transport problem. A completely understanding of parking behavior is important for city planner to draw parking policy. The paper employs the theories and methods of behavior science to analyze parking behavior spatial structure, and establish parking behavior model. The economic choice principle of expected gain in utility was adapted to represent the choice patterns of parkers in congested city centers. This model can be use to various applications for different purpose.
