Abstract
Based on dynamic adjusting weight and collecting real-time feature value in different times, real-time scheduling strategy of bus company was decided by dynamic fuzzy comprehensive decision. According to strategic sets of all-stop, express, and short-turn, and passenger waiting costs, travel costs, public transport enterprise operating costs and the evaluation period, dynamic weights of different stages were set, evaluation matrixes of every period were gained, then, the real-time scheduling strategy was chosen by dynamic fuzzy comprehensive decision model. Finally, it is proved that the model is rational and effective through distilling actual case and analyzing the demonstration.
