Abstract
To solve the scheme adjustment of berth operation caused by ship's delay in container terminal, the operation scheme adjustment process is researched based on disruption management in the paper. And a minimized cost model is put forward with the disruption of both berthing sequence and loading position considered. To solve the problem, an optimization algorithm is designed with self-adaptive genetic algorithm and computer simulation, the former is used to generate the initial berth scheduling scheme, and the latter is used to obtain the feasible solution meeting the queuing rule and berthing constraint strategy. The effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified, and the results showed that, the adjustment of berthing sequence and position can effectively decrease the berth operation disruption, reduce the operation cost and meet the decision demand for disruption management.
