Abstract
Logistics park construction project as a basic infrastructure and an important node in logistics system, plays a significant role in ensuring the development of China's modern logistics industry and socio-economy. At the same time, logistics park construction has a high risk for its features of large investment, long development cycle etc. The mistakes of logistics park construction can cause large-scale, long time losses which are difficult to restore. This paper, according to the characteristics of risk appearing in logistics park construction, builds up a index system of risk evaluation and evaluates the risks with matter-element model, which offers a new method for the risk evaluation of logistics park construction.
