Abstract
The paper emphasizes the importance of Integration of weld joint fatigue design based on foreign standard and process. Creating the database of BS/IIW/DIN6700 standard, in the BS and IIW, it includes a lot of joint in different grade; in the DIN6700 it includes a lot of weld process request. In the BS and IIW, you can confirm the grade of weld joint, then you calculate fatigue life of the weld joint base on the loading spectrum, applying the Miner fatigue accumulation theoretic. Applying DIN6700 and the process of weld data of the factory, you can get the process, in this way it realizes the Integration of fatigue life prediction of weld joint and weld process. The example testifies important value in engineering.
