Abstract
Based on the Multi-Agent technology and Stalogo software platform, this paper proposes the general simulating idea, process, framework and concrete function and function of the essential modules of the congestion pricing revenue redistribution. Double Multi-Agent model is applied in the design of module of traveler Agent behavior simulation, which sets the rules of traveler's behavior from the strategy layer and tactics layer. The results of the calculation examples analysis demonstrate that this method overcomes the localization of the analysis of the travelers' basic driving behaviors with the traditional mico traffic flow simulation model, and provides the visual view for users to evaluate Agents' behavior.
