Evaluation of Bonded Logistics Center Planning Based on SEM

Abstract
In order to improve the investment environment in China, our country will found more bonded logistics centers. As the bonded logistics center planning has the characteristic of multi-objective, traditional index evaluation method can not evaluate it scientifically anymore. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is a methodology based on statistical analysis, suitable for processing multi-objective evaluation problems. In this paper, firstly, the Tai Zhou bonded logistics center planning evaluation index system will be established. Then, we use the SEM to amend it and use the software LISREL to assignment the weighting of it. Finally, we use the best index evaluation system to evaluate Tai Zhou bonded logistics center planning and get the best program.
