Selection Model Analysis of Logistics Service Supply Chain

Abstract
On the basis of researching on the logistics service supply chain, this paper indicates that, the logistics service supply chain not only includes the selection of logistics nodes and lines, but also the service mode. By applying the grey theory, the article establishes the selection model of logistics service supply chain, and adopts the concept of entropy to determine the index weight. Finally, the paper puts the selection of Wuliangye Group's logistics service supply chain as an example, verifies the application and the feasibility of the model based on gray theory, and provides the theory basis of selection and optimizing for this kind of logistics service supply chain.
