Abstract
Dispatching is the key problem in the process of producing and organizing of a port. The quality of the dispatching plan determines the port's efficiency directly. This paper analyzes the structure and controlling demand of the container operation system, proposed methods of constructing a container operation system model which is based on RFID and with the characteristics of discreteness and randomcity.
