Abstract
Inventory cost is correlative with the structure of logistics network closely, it should be considered in the optimization of logistics network to avoid suboptimal decision-making. Combined with the (Q, R) inventory tactics, the optimization of a multi-channel logistics network that plants, regional distribution centers and district distribution centers could serve clients directly is discussed under the assumption that clients' demands are stochastic and subject to normal distribution. An mathematic model is put forward, and its validity is proved by an example.
