Abstract
Rationally divide the peak interval of public transport passenger flow, to calculate the size of bus passenger flow peak is of great significance to establish and optimize public transport scheduling plan. we set up top-down algorithm to optimize bus passenger flow peak in this paper, let full-time public transport passenger flow value sorted in chronological order, to merge grade the similar passenger flow on the adjacent time slots, create regression equation of public transport passenger flow under different grading circumstances, get the fitting passenger flow value of every passenger class by calculated, at the same time optimizing the number of peak and the peak interval of the whole day public transport passenger flow the algorithm applied to the scheduling management of No. 16 bus of Chengdu in this paper, The results show that the method can be effectively applied to the establishment and optimization of the line bus scheduling plan.
