Application and Effect of Feed-Forward Control Method for Expressway Tunnel Ventilation System

Abstract
This paper applies feed-forward control method to extra-long highway tunnel ventilation system, avoids building complex math model and adopts human's experience in control. Constitution of feed-forward intelligent fuzzy logic control system is introduced, the fuzzy logic controller is designed particularly and feed-forward intelligent fuzzy logic control system was tested in field. Results show that feed-forward fuzzy logic control for long highway tunnel ventilation system can decrease the operation frequency and energy consumption of jet fans greatly.
