Abstract
According to the characteristic which is just in time of logistics chain, the difference of time value between logistics chain and goods transport is analyzed. According to the principle of owner rational agent, logistics rational agent is introduced to be the principle of choosing the logistics chain by the minimum loss. The theory frame of time windows slippage is presented, which includes defining the bound in which the slippage can be accepted and the time value conversion function. Finally, the time windows slippage loss evaluation model is built to measure the loss produced by not just in time in logistics chain.
