Multi-Hierarchy Fuzzy Valuation of Highway Construction Project
Publication: International Conference on Transportation Engineering 2009
Abstract
An index system of synthetically valuation for highway construction project must show its aim behavior. In term of aim dividing method, the index system of synthetically valuation for highway construction project was shown in 3 one degree indices: the economic index (J), social index (S), and environment index (H). Every next administrative level of index has an exact valuation rule index. In a synthetically valuation index system, an influence factor of highway construction project was divided to some subsystem. Based on fuzzy synthetically valuation, a synthetically valuation index system and value were established using multi-hierarchy fuzzy valuation model. When to valuate an enterprise synthetically, decision maker would wide the composition of Fuzzy operator among several valuation mathematical model in which the construction project may be fuzzy valuated. The valuation principle is as following: every factors are all thought over, important factors are thought over only, important factors are thought over emphatically, and all are thought over as well as important factors are paid attention. A detailed evaluating method of weigh coefficients can be gotten using dynamic theory. A reliable and viable method was put out for synthetically valuation of highway construction project.
