Abstract
Logistics outsourcing (i.e. the third party logistics) has developed quickly recently in the world, which can be explained with economic theories, apart from the economic advantage of the industrial technology of the third party logistics. New Classical Economics, which regroups various mutual independent economic theories by means of inframarginal analysis from the prospective of endogenous personal option of majors, is the frontier research topic as well as direction of the development of economics. In this article, I attempt to get going from the theory of division of labor, use inframarginal analysis method to form a succinct optional model of logistics outsourcing. And do some analysis about some concerned parameters of the models. Hope to get a convictive method of formative system of logistics outsourcing, so that can offer a theoretic basis for practice of logistics outsourcing.
