The Fuzzy Assessment of the Adaptability of Railway Transportation Capacity

Abstract
The factors of affecting the railway transportation capacity are studied first in the paper and, by means of fuzzy assessment, the factors and the Qinghai-Tibet Railway transportation capacity are comprehensively evaluated. The study shows that the railway designing capacity and fortuitous accident have great influence on the Qinghai-Tibet Railway traffic capacity and the facilities maintenance exerts also significant impact on the capacity. To heighten the adaptability of the railway traffic capacity, the paper points out, it is necessary to strengthen the planning study for emergency in case of fortuitous accident and facilities maintenance and to improve employee's professional skills.
