Abstract
The logistics industry is a basic industry in economy, its development is a result of the division of labor and this industry has the characters as specialization and network effect. To develop logistics industry is a new path to get sustainable development and new economical structure for Resource Depending City(RDC), the reason is that the development of logistics industry will make the division of labor getting higher, perfect the industry structure, reverse the efficiency of resource using, and get the endogenous comparative advantage for RDC.
