Abstract
Based on the questionnaires and the data gathered by detectors, the driver's guidance obedience rate under different traffic situations is analyzed. This paper presents a dynamic transportation organization method, which uses Dynamic Traffic Assignment (DTA) to determine the best traffic segment load in certain time. This method applies the guidance obedience rate to influence the adaptive traffic signal control system and it will also make the traffic control strategy, traffic guidance strategy and the information issued by Variable Message Sign (VMS) cooperate with each other. By carrying out a simulation experiment, this paper has proved that this method can make traffic control system and traffic guidance system operate better than they operate independently by themselves.
