A Model of Learning Supply Chain Based on Multi-Agent Theory

Learning supply chain is an inevitable trend of the development of supply chain management. In order to comprehend and establish the learning supply chain system, this paper describes the framework of supply chain model with multi-agent method. In this way, supply chain models composed of different entities that represent types of supply chain agents are intelligent and adaptive. Learning capability of agents is considered in the model for further improvement of the ability of agents. Also this paper studies the supply chain agent's learning mechanism by which one agent uses resources provided by the others to conduct an internal study, establishes the model of supply chain multi-agent with learning capability. The model establishment can evolve with time as more rules are implemented in the model for supply chain business operations in the real world.
