A Kind of Model and Algorithm with Elastic Weight for Combined Assignment

Abstract
As economy and society develop, travels in China present the multi-mode and multi-route characteristic more and more, and the factors of decision-making become more and more various. A kind of model and algorithm with elastic weight for multi-mode and multi-route combined assignment was developed, as well as the methods for comprehensive link weight calculation and transfer cost calculation based on the characteristics of comprehensive transportation network in China. The model and algorithm developed proved effective in the forecast for passenger volume of Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen intercity rail transit system in China.
