Abstract
Due to the great importance of the reliability, we introduced the concept of reliability of Supply chain (SC) development, they concluded two basic structure of SC: Chain model and network model. Chain and linear models belong to series connection system. In this paper, we applied reliability theory to test the reliability of each node, and find the weak point; Pure Integer Linear Programming and Matrix theory are applied to analyze network model and tried to find out Key points for enforcement. Lastly according to the actual situation of enterprises SC, we pointed out strategy to improve the reliability of the enterprises SC.
