Supervision System of Taxi Trade Based on Government Regulation

Abstract
According the basic theory of microcosmic regulation economics, this paper analyzed the essentiality and importance of establishing the supervision system for urban taxi trade, built up the general framework for the supervision system and put forward concrete ways and means in the light of such four aspects as the demand on the taxi market and the supply of transport availability, the service, the transport operation and the vehicle real-time status. Applied results indicate that the supervision system can provide scientific basis to the government in its macro-control of taxi market, effective measures to the taxi administration department (TAD) in its administration, and forceful guarantee to both passengers and taxi drivers in the protection of their lives and property. This system is certain reference for the administration of taxi trade in China.
