Abstract
How to optimize the road net and utilize the existing road resources to relieve the traffic congestion is important for traffic management department. This paper discusses static state optimum route and their complicated degree based on graph and puts forward the idea to make programme by using optimization theory of graph theory in data structure and to use computer to process the data automatically. Experiments prove that the optimizing by using computer is especially efficient as well as accurate with me reliability to be reused.
