Abstract
Considered the road network traffic flow stochastic change, the road network reliable theory is introduced to the vehicles routing problem and the concept of vehicle Touting problem with travel time reliability (VRPTTR) is proposed. The change rule based on the travel time has been analyzed according to the state of roads. Also we put forward a solution of VRPTTR. The ant colony algorithm is introduced to resolve VRPTTR. The method has been proven to be effective from a case.
